Myers Briggs Personality Test
Four years ago I took the Myers Briggs personality test at PersonalityHacker.com and discovered I was an INTJ.
The four letters INTJ meaning, (I)Introverted, (N) Intuitive (T) Thinking (J) Judging.
The way that my brain processes information is called a cognitive function.
- (Ni) Introverted Intuition
- (Te) Extraverted Thinking
- (Fi) Introverted Feeling
- (Se) Extroverted Sensing
My purpose was to take a free personality test that would provide insight into the inner workings of my introverted world, then use that information to better myself.
I’m a lover of self-help. I love learning.
I love developing the inner child and helping him mature.
The test took less than 10 minutes, and my results have been life-changing.
Many times people say things similar and it makes me cringe.
I’ve taken the test, received my results, and four years later I hold firm to my convictions.
The way that I have been able to leverage having a better understanding of myself has been profound.
This post is the first official blog post on DaniyelBingham.com,
but I wanted to share a resource that I know will benefit you all, as I start to post on this blog.

Who: The Myers Briggs personality type indicator instrument developed in the 1940’s by Katherine Briggs and Isabel Briggs-Myers.
What: Their goal was to make the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful in people’s lives. Many including, including myself, have used their system to get a better understanding of the way we interpret and process the world.
How: The mother and daughter duo developed a personality indicator, that took the insights of type theory, and made it pragmatic for everyday life. The result was 16 distinctive personality types that result from the brains cognitive function.
