The #RunPainFree Podcast was created with a single mission: to provide runners with the clarity they need to break free from the noise and confusion in the running and injury space. Since 2016, I’ve recorded and edited over 100 long-form episodes with Coach Jessica, each one a detailed audio lecture on taking the first steps toward a pain-free running journey. The podcast is not just about injuries; it’s about transforming the mindset, mentality, and belief system of runners, offering a new focus and a fresh opportunity to treat their bodies like athletes. When we created the #RunPainFree Rabbit Hole, our goal was to build on the success of the podcast but take it to a new level. While the #RunPainFree Podcast provides actionable advice, expert insights, and audio lectures on injury correction, the Rabbit Hole adds a visual dimension, turning each lesson into a comprehensive experience with visual aids and examples that reinforce what runners learn on the podcast. By incorporating graphics, illustrations, and curated content inspired by feedback from our clients, students, and academy members, the #RunPainFree Rabbit Hole ensures that Coach Jessica’s teachings resonate even deeper. It’s crafted to support our community in their journey toward living and running pain-free, delivering the exact guidance they need to keep progressing.
When we created the RunPainFree Academy’s Flagship Injury Correction Curriculum, our goal was to provide a solution for runners and athletes who couldn't access Coach Jessica’s one-on-one program, either due to budget constraints or availability.
